Missing your Cleves' Discount card? If you did not pick up your Cleves' discount card at registration, and you are in the Fall River area, you are able to pick one up at the Club's Storage space, when the building is open. Just go upstairs past Chef Jeff's and the next door on the left is the storage space. There you will find a bag of discount cards hanging from the door knob. Please help yourself to a card. You will not be able to obtain your 20% discount or your 30% discount on Cleves' Scotia Days, without a card! If you are a team official and wish to pick them up for your team, there are enough in the bag to supply your team with cards. If you have any questions, please email the Club.
Players who are not returning to Scotia for the upcoming season are asked to complete an exit survey as follows: Click here for Survey
